Giving a real set back to Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati, the Uttar Pradesh state Advisory Board on Friday held the imposition of National Security Act (NSA) as inappropriate on Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) young leader Varun Gandhi for allegedly creating a threat to states law and order by his public speeches.

After getting this major set back, the government is now preparing to approach Supreme Court and probably challenge the decision of Board. Earlier, Varun Gandhi was appeared in person before the board and gave his all explanation over the alleged hatred CD accusing him of giving hatred speeches among the public.

Varun was arrested by UP police last month over his alleged hatred speech and later NSA was imposed on him, in result to which he had been in Pilibhit Jail for more than couple of weeks. He was released on a parole of 14 days granted by Supreme Court. Later it was extended till May 14.

The impact of this whole drama can be seen very significantly as Varun has now acquired a position of BJPs star campaigner these days.
